My name is Mary-Elizabeth Oliver. I was born in a small town in Indiana call Greenfield. In April of 1996 me and my mother moved to Alabama to be closer to my grandparent's. I grew up in Guntersville, AL as an only child with just my mother.When I was six years old my father died of cancer. I am not saying this to make anyone feel bad for me, I just want everyone to know where I came from. I have two cats that I adore. Also I have the most amazing God-Son in the world. He is my world, I would spend a million dollars on him, if I had it. I am that southern girl that loves football and Dr. Pepper. I am a complete and total Auburn fan. My favorite colors are purple and grey. I started taking dance at the age of four and stopped the end of my 8th grade year. I did community theater for about 9 years. I was greatly involved with my school in middle and high school. I was in the school Ladies Choral Choir and on Varsity Golf in high school. I also started working with special needs children in the seventh grade and fell in love. Which lead to my major decision in being a special needs Elementary Teacher with a minor in speech and hearing therapy.

ReplyDeleteI think your introduction was amazing. As a reader I was very in tune with your story. I love how you said you would spend a million dollars on your god son, because I would do the same for my nephew. He is only 4 months and I truly adore him. I can relate to being a dancer, I been dancing since 9th grade in high school. Dancing is my passion. It looks like we have a few things in common. Hope to get to know you better.
